Street Standard Detailing Service Policy

To continue providing the highest quality of service, all appointments with Street Standard Detailing operate under a service agreement. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These policies allow us to deliver consistent, professional results to every client we serve.

Pricing & Vehicle Condition

  • Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
  • Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, sand, mud, smoke odor, biohazards, or excessive debris may result in additional charges.
  • Customers will be notified before any additional charges are applied.

Pre-Existing Damage

  • Vehicles may be photographed before and during service to document condition.
  • Street Standard Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, stains, paint damage, worn materials, or mechanical issues.
  • Detailing improves condition but does not guarantee restoration to brand-new condition.

Satisfaction & Reporting Concerns

  • Customers must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are committed to customer satisfaction and will address legitimate concerns promptly.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits may be required for certain services.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
  • Weather rescheduling will not result in deposit loss.

Service Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a health risk.

Mobile Service Requirements

  • Customer must provide access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged.
  • Clear access to the vehicle is required at the time of appointment.
